Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for the Voice of Gujarat singing contest hosted by Jadav Music on [jadavmusic.com].

1. Entry Fee

• A non-refundable entry fee of ₹199 is applicable for each participant.

• The fee covers processing, evaluation, and digital platform management.

• Once payment is successful and registration is confirmed, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• If a participant chooses to withdraw from the contest after submitting the entry, no refund will be provided.

• If the participant fails to upload or submit the entry properly or misses the deadline, the entry will be disqualified and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation or Modification by Organizer

• If Jadav Music cancels the contest entirely, all participants who have paid will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• If there is a delay or rescheduling, no refund will be offered, but all entries will remain valid for the new timeline.

• Minor modifications to contest rules or procedures do not qualify for refunds.

4. Technical Errors

• If your payment was deducted but registration was not successful, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of payment. After verification, we will either:

  • Complete your registration manually, or

  • Issue a full refund if registration fails permanently.
