Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Voice of Gujarat singing contest, organized by Jadav Music through our website [jadavmusic.com].

By registering and submitting your entry, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to residents of Gujarat only.

• There are no age restrictions, but participants must have a valid phone number and internet access.

• Participants must submit genuine entries with their own voice—no AI, autotune, or pitch correction is allowed.

2. Entry & Fees

• The entry fee is ₹199, which is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• Entry is valid only upon successful payment and form submission.

• One entry per participant is allowed per season.

3. Submission Guidelines

• Participants must use the official music track provided by Jadav Music.

• Recordings must be done either:

  • Using a microphone/software setup

  • Or by playing the track on one device and recording vocals on another (no audio effects).

• Participants must upload a full-length video to either YouTube or Instagram, and submit the link in the registration form.

• Videos must be publicly accessible until results are announced.

4. Judging Criteria

• Entries will be judged based on:

  • Vocal Quality

  • Originality

  • Expression and Feel

• Final decision rests with the judging panel selected by Jadav Music.

• No professional studio recording is required; raw voice is preferred.

5. Prizes

• One male and one female winner will be selected.

• Each winner will:

  • Record an original song produced by Jadav Music in a studio

  • Have their song released on Spotify, JioSaavn, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Optionally receive a trophy (if finalized)

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Intellectual Property

• By entering, participants grant Jadav Music the right to use submitted content for promotional purposes.

• All rights to the final studio-recorded song will remain with Jadav Music, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Submitting fraudulent or plagiarized content

• Use of effects or voice alteration

• Non-payment or incomplete form submission

• Violating the terms mentioned here

8. Changes & Cancellation

• Jadav Music reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the contest at any time without prior notice.

• Entry fees may be refunded only in the event of full contest cancellation.
